Charles B Collins, Jr. Ph.D. received his Ph.D. in Public Health from the University of Alabama.


Dr. Colins served as a Senior Health Scientist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for 25 years. His primary focus while at CDC has been national dissemination of evidence-based behavioral interventions into HIV prevention and treatment practice.


He also has experience in conducting systematic reviews and meta-analysis and the development of Guidelines and Clinical Practice Guides. He has published multiple peer-reviewed articles.
